How licensing works

The whole commercial model, in the plainest language we can manage.

CERTIFICATION

Once per facilitator, not once per company. Valid for 24 months, then refreshed with a short online module.

DIGITAL TITLES

Prepaid participant credits. You buy a block, the platform meters them as you run sessions, and you can see the balance at any time.

PHYSICAL TITLES

A session fee per delivery rather than per participant, because the constraint is the kit and the facilitator, not headcount.

KITS

Supplied at cost plus. Rooted ships in a roller bag as hand luggage; Falcon Eye ships to the venue.

REPORTING

None. There is no royalty declaration to file and nothing for us to audit.
