Which one to start with
Partners almost always certify on one title before adding others, and we point most of them at Flow or Falcon Eye — one runs in an hour in a single room, the other scales to a conference, and between them they cover most of what a first client asks for. These are the situations each title answers best.
- Flow
Your group is under fifty and the problem is specifically between two or three teams who will not share information. Flow does that in sixty minutes with a much smaller footprint.
- Falcon Eye
You have more than fifty people, or the collaboration problem runs across more than three groups. Falcon Eye scales to 500 and handles many-sided negotiation.
- Rooted
The question is structural rather than interpersonal — growth outrunning capability, or a strategy that keeps failing at execution. Rooted makes that physical.
- Shift
Your group is distributed and cannot be in one room. Falcon Eye has no virtual version and we would not pretend otherwise.
Still not obvious? Thirty minutes on a call settles it faster than this page can.
